A mother pushing her baby in a stroller was hit by another woman during a morning walk.
The mother was outside the Odyssea Café in City Beach, Perth, on Thursday when she was attacked at around 11.20am.
The unknown woman ran towards the mother and hit her, causing scratches on her hand and arm.
The child was not injured,
No one has been arrested.
