A second Briton has been arrested in Thailand for drug offenses as police crack down on foreigners.
Peter Hull, 44, was detained by police on March 1 after neighbors raised concerns about his strange behavior which they say went on all night at his home in Koh Samui.
It comes just a week after fellow British backpacker Andrew Brett was arrested in Thailand for allegedly carrying cocaine and LSD.
Officers raided Peter’s rented home and allegedly discovered cocaine and ecstasy, both class A drugs that carry the death penalty if caught importing or trafficking, and up to 10 years behind bars for possession.
During their search, police allegedly found 30 yellow pills engraved with an owl motif, weighing 4.68 grams, and three bags of cocaine, weighing 6.32 grams.

Officers raided Peter’s home after his neighbors complained about his strange behavior in the early hours of the morning.
Police discovered 30 pills, identified as ecstasy, and three bags of cocaine at Peter’s home in Thailand.
Peter allegedly confessed to purchasing all the narcotics from another foreigner through a black market website, for around 35,000 baht (£770).
Police Major Pasathorn Saenyindee, from Surat Thani Immigration Office, said Peter had bought all his drugs from another foreigner through a black market website for 35,000 baht (£770).
Peter’s tourist visa also expired on January 8, leading to him being charged with possession of schedule 1 and 2 drugs, as well as visa offences.
Saenyindee warned that the Briton could now face a long prison sentence or deportation.
The policeman said: ‘TThere is no escape for lawbreakers. Everyone is very tired of foreigners abusing our country and its laws.
‘There will be no leniency or easier ways to negotiate with the police. We’re making sure the bad guys get out.
Peter was allegedly seen throwing objects at nearby houses during the early morning hours and was known to ride his motorcycle through the streets at night.
After complaints were made about the strange disturbances, police identified residents in the area and began their investigations.
When they arrived at the house, they allegedly found Peter under the influence of drugs and muttering to himself.
Police Major Saenyindee added: “He has been charged with illegal possession of schedule I and II narcotics, as well as overstaying more than 58 days.”
“The suspect has been transferred to the investigation officer at Koh Samui Police Station for further legal proceedings.”
As police continue their wide-ranging crackdown on foreigners in Thailand, officers in Phuket reportedly revealed they have arrested at least 20 in recent days and ministers warned “guests in the country” to behave.
Andrew, a 35-year-old newlywed father, was arrested on February 29, just days after getting married, following a five-month-long undercover police operation.
Andrew Brett, 35, faces up to life in prison or the death penalty after being arrested for allegedly trafficking cocaine and LSD to tourists in Thailand.
He was allegedly found to have been selling hard drugs to tourists at the Ecco Bar in Surat Thani, southern Thailand, after a concerned customer alerted the police.
Officers allegedly found among his belongings 0.54 grams of ecstasy in a plastic bag, 25 ecstasy pills and 75 sheets of LSD, known locally as “magic paper.”
He reportedly admitted that the stash belonged to him and now faces up to life in prison or the death penalty.
Speaking to MailOnline, his father John, 82, said: “I can’t believe this has happened.”
