Christine Quinn’s ex-fiancé filed for a restraining order against HER after multiple huge blow outs – as it’s revealed her current husband Christian Richard is seeking protection

Christine Quinn’s ex-fiancé has filed for a restraining order against her after a series of furious rows, DailyMail.com can reveal, as it was announced her current husband is now seeking protection.

The former Selling Sunset star, 35, is currently in a safe location after her spouse, Christian Richard, was arrested for violating the emergency protective order against him last Wednesday.

It came hours after the businessman, 45, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon at his Hollywood Hills home after he allegedly threw a bag containing glass at his wife, who allegedly hit their two-year-old son. Christian.

Richard has since denied the allegations, claiming that the bag was not full of glass and that it was not aimed at her or her son, as he filed for a temporary restraining order.

Christine Quinn threatened to file for a restraining order against her ex-fiancé, Matthew Wiltsey, in 2014, but he filed it first.

Christine, 35, is currently in safety after her current husband, Christian Richard, 45, was arrested for a domestic dispute and then again hours later for violating his restraining order.

It’s not the first time Quinn has faced increasing tensions in a relationship, as her ex, fine art dealer Matthew Wiltsey, filed for a temporary restraining order against her back in August 2014.

The couple, who met and quickly became engaged earlier that year, hit rock bottom after she found out about his tax debts and fraud.

After a series of disputes shortly after their lavish July 27 engagement party at the $4 million Los Angeles home they shared, Quinn threatened to file for a restraining order against Wiltsey, but filed it first on July 6. August.

“Christine and Matt got together in 2014,” a source told DailyMail.com.

“She told him she needed a 10-carat engagement ring, so she was a little upset when he bought her an eight-carat ring.”

They continued: ‘They got engaged very quickly. But when she found out about her fraud, she didn’t want to get dragged into that mess and told him that it was all over. This was right after their engagement party in July 2014.

‘They had heated fights and she told him she was going to get a restraining order against him. So, being the man that he is, she beat him to it.

He then dropped it thinking she was going to run back to him, but she didn’t. She had moved on as quickly as she started.

Quinn, pictured with Richard in 2021, was previously engaged to Wiltsey, with whom she had multiple run-ins before he filed for a restraining order.

Quinn and Richard tied the knot in December 2019 in an unconventional, Gothic, Winter Wonderland-themed wedding in a cathedral in downtown Los Angeles.

Wiltsey dissolved the application two weeks later, on August 27.

A year after their separation, the businessman had to pay a federal tax lien release of $335,515. Prior to their relationship, he had paid hundreds of thousands in state and federal tax liens, as well as small claims judgments.

In 2017, Wiltsey had to pay $2.73 million in damages after being convicted in a civil fraud trial.

Quinn is currently in safety following the arrest of her husband Richard and is reportedly considering filing for divorce.

The retired tech entrepreneur, who married the former Selling Sunset star in 2019, was seen being led away in handcuffs by officers, barefoot and wearing only a bathrobe after the incident involving the couple’s only child last Tuesday.

The tech millionaire’s bail was set at $30,000 and Quinn obtained a week-long emergency protective order against him.

He was released shortly after and returned home Wednesday night, where police arrested him a second time.

Richard, pictured with Quinn and their son, Christian, has denied his wife’s claim that he threw a glass bag at her, as he seeks a temporary restraining order against her.

An LAPD spokesperson told DailyMail.com that officers arrived at the home “at 10:48 pm and the suspect was arrested for violating the restraining order that was obtained the previous day.”

They added: “He posted $30,000 bail and has a court date set for April 11.”

Richard has now filed for a temporary restraining order to protect himself, according to court documents obtained by TMZ, after Quinn accused him of domestic violence, something he vehemently denies.

Richard claims that the events that led to his arrest arose from an argument over his two dogs, which Quinn reportedly refuses to train even though they defecate in the house.

He allegedly became angry when some valuable possessions were urinated on and picked up a garbage bag, which he claimed was full of dirty rags and paper towels, and threw it against a wall.

Richard claims Quinn grabbed his son and ran to another room before confronting armed police.
