Christine McGuinness has admitted there are “days she wants to disappear” as she tries to understand her latest “spiral”.
The model, 35, caused concern among fans after speaking out about the difficult times she faces as a person living with autism.
Posting a black and white photo on Instagram, she explained to her 726,000 followers the stages of an “autism crisis” using images of spirals to help.
Christine, who split from ex-husband Paddy McGuinness in 2022, said: “I might delete later” sort of post (scary emoji).
“Because my autistic self likes to present perfection, this goes against what I like to share, but it is part (a small part thankfully my ‘moments’ are few and far between) of me being authentically autistic,” he continued with an exhaling emoji.

“The music in my car helps me block out the noise in my head. Music is medicine for me,” he continued.
‘And understanding the spiral really helps, I hope the visual representation helps others too.
‘(Every person is different and may feel differently, for me this is very accurate) be kind to yourself, remember that it happens, it always happens.
‘PS: I’m absolutely fine, I don’t want to worry anyone. And my feeling of “I don’t want to live anymore” is usually like “I just want to disappear for a while.”
Christine ended her caption on a more positive note, teasing that she will share “exciting news.”
But her candid and heartfelt post led her fans to flood her comment box with their support.

It comes after she revealed the real reason she is still living with ex-husband Paddy two years after their split.
Christine revealed that she agreed to this unconventional living arrangement because they “don’t want their children to be affected” by their separation.
The couple are parents to twins Leo and Penelope, 10, and Felicity, seven, all of whom have autism, and Christine told The fabulous magazine of the sun that their children ‘have always come first’.
He said they remain at the center of every decision since the breakup of their 11-year marriage in the summer of 2022.
Revealing that Paddy’s busy schedule means he is away from home a lot, Christine said she wants to keep life as normal as possible for her children.

She said: ‘Same as when I was his wife, I’m there to support the kids when he goes out to work, that’s just how it is.
“When he comes back, I will try to dedicate some of my work. It doesn’t affect the children because they don’t move anywhere.”
He explained that the fact that the children are in the same bed and in the house means that nothing will change for them.
When asked if she considered dating again after the split, Christine admitted that she “doesn’t feel single yet” as she and Paddy still live together.
She added that she currently “doesn’t feel like she’s missing anything in life” and that there’s nothing about dating that “excites her.”
Christine previously formed a close friendship with footballer Chelcee Grimes, and the pair were even photographed kissing in December 2022. The pair have since unfollowed each other on social media.
Sharing her plans for Valentine’s Day, the star said she will work all day before returning home to her children.
He added: “I don’t want to get into anything I’m not wholeheartedly there for, so I’m more than happy to put love on the back burner.”
