Christina Hall revealed that she’s finally starting to feel like herself again, one month after she and ex-husband Josh filed for divorce.
On Friday night, the Flip or Flop alum, 41, shed light on how she’s been navigating the end of her three-year marriage, which included spending time with family, laughing with friends and staying busy with work.
“One month later… I finally got my appetite back and am working out again,” the reality star wrote on her Instagram Story. “My kids are happy and our house feels like a home.”
She continued: “Those poor kids adore me (and) anyone who really knows us knows this and that’s what matters.”
Despite her distress, the mother-of-three said she had had “one of the best nights out with friends recently” and had “laughed more” than she had “in a long time”.

“Work is going so well it feels like a dream,” she said enthusiastically. “I made a promise to myself and to my life coach: I will never give up on my peace again.”

Moments later, she posted a sweet snap of herself snuggled on the couch with eight-year-old son Brayden, whom she shares with ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and four-year-old Hudson, whom she welcomed during her second marriage to Ant Anstead.
“A perfect Friday night,” she captioned the photo, which showed Brayden resting his head on her as he fell asleep.
In addition to her two sons, Christina also shares a daughter, Taylor, 13, with El Moussa.
Her latest post comes just days after she revealed that she’s already receiving love letters following her split from Josh.

“Dear fellow real estate agents, please stop sending me expensive emails and packages. I’m not putting my house up for sale…” she wrote. “But if I were to put it up for sale, I would do it myself, since I’m a real estate agent,” she said with a chin-scratching emoji.
He ended with a seemingly sarcastic message to those who had been offering him advice on family and relationships.
“Thank you for all the advice regarding my kids and my marriage. I really appreciate it,” Christina posted with an emoji covering her eyes.

Later that night, she uploaded a sweet snap of herself snuggled on the couch with her sons Brayden, eight, and Hudson, four.
She wrote in the caption: “I prefer privacy, especially during something so life-changing like a divorce I didn’t ask for.”
Without naming Christina, she promised: “I won’t speak ill of anyone in public, because every person has family, friends and other people who respect and love them. Unfortunately, the Internet is forever.”
In an interview with her 92,300 followers, Hall continued: “We are real human beings, this is our lives and I am not here to entertain people I don’t know with my private business. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective attorneys in due time. Those who know each of us, know who we are.”
Christina and Josh filed for divorce: the former indicated that the separation date was July 7, while the latter wrote on July 8.
