Christina Hall reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement with her ex-husband Josh Hall as he is seeking alimony.
They filed for divorce on July 15, less than three years after their wedding, and Christina, 41, has asked the court not to have to pay him spousal support.
However, Josh, 43, a former police officer turned real estate agent, reportedly wants both alimony and half of the community property.
One of their joint assets is their $12.6 million mansion in Newport Beach, California, which has both of their names on the title, according to We weekly.
Josh, a consulting producer on his wife’s shows Christina On The Coast and Christina In The Country, is also reportedly hoping to evenly split the rights to the television series they co-signed, produced or developed during their marriage.

“Christina is a very hard worker and successful woman. She felt like Josh wasn’t contributing enough to the household,” a source said.
Meanwhile, another source claimed that Josh was professionally active the entire time he and Christina worked together.
Christina looked tense and wore a simple black outfit as she was spotted leaving her lawyer’s office in Orange County on Wednesday.
Earlier this week it was reported that Christina had returned to film her upcoming HGTV show, The Flip Off, without Josh.
The Flip Off is a sequel series to Flip Or Flop, the reality show that catapulted Christina to fame alongside her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, a decade ago.
Josh and Christina, 41, were set to star on the new show alongside Tarek, 42, and his current wife, Heather Rae El Moussa, 36.
When Josh and Christina filed for divorce last week, it sparked a firestorm of speculation about the future of the project.
Now, however, it has emerged that Christina is back to work on The Flip Off without Josh, according to several insiders who spoke to People.
It remains to be seen whether any of the footage Josh has already filmed for the show will be included in the episodes that eventually air.

The series was announced in May, with the premise that Josh and Christina would compete as a team against Tarek and Heather to see which couple could resell a house most profitably.
However, things got complicated when Josh and Christina filed for divorce on July 16, just two years after getting married.
“They are in production on The Flip Off without Josh. They are moving forward with the show without him,” a source said. We weekly the next day.
The change may not come as a surprise to Heather or Tarek, as the source also claimed that Christina and Josh’s split was not “sudden” and that they “have been having issues for a while.”
The Flip Off will air on HGTV in early 2025 with a two-hour premiere.

Heather and Tarek have not publicly commented on Christina’s split or any alleged changes to The Flip Off.

Tarek exchanged vows with Heather in 2021, three years after he and Christina finalized their divorce, and they share one-year-old son Tristan.
Christina was married to Tarek from 2009 to 2018 and shares two children with him: daughter Taylor Reese, 13, and son Brayden, eight.
Her next husband was British television presenter Ant Anstead from 2018 to 2021, and they welcomed a four-year-old son named Hudson.
Christina and Tarek rose to fame together as co-hosts of HGTV’s Flip Or Flop, which first premiered in 2013.
Although they managed to continue hosting the show until 2022, a conflict between the divorced couple erupted into public in July 2021, when they were seen arguing heatedly on set.
At the time, sources said TMZ that Tarek became angry after Christina tried to tell him and some crew members on set that it was time to resume filming.
