Yesterday afternoon, the Genie In A Bottle singer shared a photo of herself getting off a plane to her Instagram story and wrote a short statement about her upcoming performance at the event.

The singer’s lyrics read: ‘Back on stage tomorrow! can’t wait to share this evening with you.’

The post seemed to hint at her upcoming performance that will take place later in the evening to celebrate the grand opening of the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.

Aguilera, along with Virgin founder Richard Branson, will take the stage tonight in the newly opened space, which was previously the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

Artists Flo Rida and Mix Master Mike will also make an appearance at the celebratory event.

The hitmaker is no stranger to performing at the breakout location, as she previously headlined her own residency called The Xperience.

The shows took place at the Zappos Theater, which is part of the Planet Hollywood Las Vegas hotel.

Aguilera initially announced plans to begin the residency in 2019 during a conversation with Ellen DeGeneres, and she later took to her Twitter account to give her fans more information about the events.

The shows had a bizarre space theme, which was well received by many concert goers.

The residency’s quintessential setlist featured songs chosen from every part of the hitmaker’s long-running career.

The Xperience began in May 2019 and was set to end in November 2020, although the last few shows were canceled due to the onset of the global pandemic.
