As the 44-year-old music artist prepared to wrap up the year on New Year’s Eve, she delivered a heartwarming message to her 10 million followers.
Captioning a video montage that began with various social media comments people left on her posts, including speculation about her recent weight loss, she wrote: ‘This year, I’m doing something a little different.
‘This is a reminder to everyone that you are your OWN NARRATOR in your OWN LIFE. No one else can dictate who you are.
And he added defiantly: ‘No one deserves an explanation. I am evolved enough to know that nothing is easy and that no one is perfect. Everyone will judge you. It doesn’t matter WHAT you do. And/or what you don’t do.’
The mother-of-two continued: ‘Acceptance comes when you accept yourself first. And the difficult journey it sometimes takes to get there.’

Although she has not directly responded to the claims, Christina commented during an August interview with Glamor who no longer gives a damn about public scrutiny.
‘Now I have a maturity where I don’t give a damn about your opinion. “I’m not going to accept it,” he told the magazine.
She emphasized: ‘It should be your responsibility to occupy your space.
“Other people’s opinions of me are none of my business.”
She explained: “When you’re a teenager, you have a very different body than when you’re 20.
“I started getting fat, and then that was unacceptable because I thought, ‘Oh, she’s getting thicker.’ Then I had people in the industry (say), ‘They liked your body and what you were like when you were a skinny teenager.’

She advised her followers to “recognize your growth and set new sights for the future.”
‘You are never alone. You never finish. Nothing can defeat you. “You were born to survive and thrive in whatever life throws at you,” the singer insisted.
Elsewhere in the lengthy note, he added: “We are meant to learn and evolve into the next version of ourselves.” Don’t live in the future. Don’t stay in the past. Be in the present.’
