Text messages Christian Horner allegedly sent to a female colleague were revealed after the Red Bull boss was cleared of misconduct on Wednesday.
Horner, the 50-year-old husband of former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, was accused of “coercive behavior towards an employee” but remained in his £8million-a-year job after Red Bull Racing confirmed its internal investigation into the matter had concluded.
Mail Sport can reveal the alleged text messages were leaked before the start of Formula One in Bahrain.
The parent company of the world championship team, Red Bull GmbH in Salzburg, which launched the investigation on February 5, issued a statement on Wednesday saying: “The The independent investigation into the allegations made against Horner is complete and Red Bull can confirm that the complaint has been dismissed.
‘The plaintiff has the right to appeal. Red Bull is confident that the investigation has been fair, rigorous and impartial.

Horner broke his silence on the investigation concluded on Thursday morning as Red Bull prepared for the Bahrain Grand Prix.
Horner told Sky Sports on Thursday morning: “I’m glad the process is over, I can’t comment on that.”
“The focus is now on the Grand Prix and next season and defending our two titles.”
Asked if he felt this was the end of the matter, the Red Bull boss replied: “I can’t comment further, but the process has been carried out and concluded.” I’m happy to be here in Bahrain and looking forward to next season.
