Christian Horner’s accuser ‘angry and upset he never saw full sex file’, clearing him of ‘inappropriate behavior’… after launching appeal against Red Bull investigation on the team manager.

The woman who accused Red Bull team principal Christian Horner of ‘inappropriate behavior’ is said to be ‘angry and upset’ that she never received the full file, leading to her being cleared of any wrongdoing objectionable.

She had initially accused team boss Christian Horner of “coercive behavior”, but an internal investigation involving a KC cleared him last month and he remained in charge of the first two races of the season.

Messages purporting to be his exchanges with Horner, the 50-year-old husband of former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell, were leaked the day after he was exonerated in the investigation.

Mail Sport revealed on Friday that the woman at the center of the ‘sex texting’ scandal – who has since been suspended on full pay – had launched an appeal against Red Bull’s findings.

This has now been reported by The sun that she had filed a complaint against him with the FIA, and is also unhappy that she was not able to see the full report.

A Sun source was quoted as saying: “She was not allowed to see the full report which exonerated Horner and is not clear on why the investigation reached this decision.” A timetable for his appeal process is being developed.

It is added that Horner has also not seen the full file, while Red Bull was not aware of any complaints to the FIA.

The woman, who was suspended on full pay, recently changed lawyers – a precursor to her latest legal move.

The suggestive WhatsApp correspondence was sent from an anonymous email address to 149 Formula 1 figures.

Halliwell has shown her support for her husband despite the ongoing saga, appearing to nest him during the first two races of the season.

The employee, it seems, insists she was not behind the explosive evidence. And an insider says she feels “let down” by Red Bull and that she “behaved correctly during the process.”

A friend of the woman exclusively told MailOnline: “She is so disappointed with how everything went, especially as she did everything by the book.

“She raised her concerns privately and did everything right, but she feels very let down by the company.

“They suspended her even though she followed the proper procedure diligently and correctly.”

Jos Verstappen, father of world champion Max Verstappen, who is a known critic of Horner, also denies leaking the information.

However, the father of Red Bull star Max, exclusively told Mail Sport that Red Bull would “explode” if Horner did not leave the team – during the season opening weekend in Bahrain.

Three-time world champion Max, meanwhile, called for “peace” within the racing team amid the current situation.

This came after he threatened to quit Red Bull if advisor Helmut Marko was suspended after allegations he leaked information to the media were made.

Marko has since insisted he will stay at Red Bull, with the 80-year-old motorsport advisor having held talks about his future with Red Bull sporting chief Oliver Mintzlaff in the Jeddah paddock.

Earlier this week, Red Bull denied claims that Horner would be sacked ahead of the next Formula 1 Grand Prix in Australia on March 24.

Horner said ahead of the Saudi Grand Prix it was time to “draw a line” on the saga.

The 50-year-old added: “A grievance was raised, fully investigated and dismissed. We move forward.
