Chrissy Teigen shows legs in short green jacket dress while promoting Chrissy’s Court on talk show

Chrissy Teigen admitted she never really introduced herself as a TV judge on Tuesday’s episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden on CBS.

The 36-year-old model and personality shines in Chrissy’s Court, where she is the real small claims judge, along with her 59-year-old mother Vilailuck ‘Pepper Thai’ Teigen, who serves as her bailiff on the show.

Chrissy, while wearing a short green jacket dress, revealed that she grew up with an interest in the law, in part because of her mother.

“She made me watch court shows, Court TV,” Chrissy said. “I grew up during the OJ Simpson trial. Maybe that’s why I love Bravo so much now, because before Bravo it was Court TV.’

Chrissy said her mother also enjoyed playing her role as a bailiff on the show.

“She has no idea what she’s doing and we don’t really tell her honestly,” Chrissy said. “She’s just happy to be in front of the camera.”

“She takes selfies all day long, I’ve never seen anything like it.” Chrissy added from her mother. “She lets my kids take pictures of her. She’s not taking pictures with my kids.’

Chrissy said that during filming she had to learn that she just can’t give people on the show things away to make them feel better.

“I’d feel sorry for a lot of people,” Chrissy said. “And I’d say ‘you’ve never been to ComicCon, do you want five tickets to ComicCon?'” And then my people would be in my ear that you can’t offer stuff. We are legally obliged to do so. So then I would have to get out of my pocket for a lot of stuff.’

“My social team lets me do a few and they’re just wild,” Chrissy said. “Someone recently put balsamic vinegar in seltzer water and called it cheap cola. I was like what the, in what world. But these are the things they think they are doing. There was one that really sold me for pouring a mix of ranch dressing powder into a jar of pickles. Then leave it overnight and you have these ranchy pickles. But for the most part, I hate everything on TikTok.”

James shared a photo of Chrissy’s four-year-old son Miles hugging Lance Bass, 43.

“He likes people, but he really likes Lance Bass,” Chrissy said. “He has no idea how cool he is. He has no idea that Mom grew up loving Lance. Lance was her choice.’

Chrissy also told fellow guest Rose Byrne, 42, that she thought she would make a great couple with husband John Legend, 43.

“It’s always been in my mind that you and John would make a great couple,” Chrissy said. “He loves you and Bobby very much. Worship you. But I started realizing very slowly that he really likes your movies. And I’d see him, he’d suggest bridesmaids, and he doesn’t even like scary movies, but he’d suggest “should we watch Insidious”, anything you’re into, he likes. The common denominator is Rose Byrne. He loves you. †

Rose laughed.

“It’s our running joke,” Chrissy.

“I really couldn’t believe he would even know who I am,” Rose said. ‘I’m flattered.’
