Chris Pratt sported a freshly shaven face on the set of his new film Way of the Warrior Kid in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The 45-year-old actor looked years younger without his signature scruffy beard as he was seen in full military fatigues as he prepared to film a scene.
Pratt, who plays Jake in the film, was also joined by his co-star Linda Cardellini, 49, who plays Sarah. The two play siblings in the film.
The film follows Marc (Jude Hill), a self-doubting, bullied boy who struggles to complete a single pull-up, with Cardellini playing Marc’s mother, Sarah. Deadline.
Marc’s uncle Jake (Pratt) is an elite Navy SEAL who is injured on a mission and moves in with his sister for rehab.

He then uses his SEAL Team training to help his 13-year-old nephew, who is struggling in school and his personal life, while trying to help him “find his inner warrior.”
The film is based on Jocko Willink’s 2017 novel.
Earlier this week, Chris was spotted filming scenes for the movie for the first time after the cause of his stunt double’s death was revealed.
Stuntman Tony McFarr was found dead at his home outside Orlando, Florida, on May 17. At the time, his family said they did not know how he died.
It was later reported that McFarr died from a heart problem that was worsened by excessive alcohol consumption.
Pratt and McFarr worked together on films such as Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World.
Earlier this week, Pratt’s wife Katherine Schwarzenegger, 34, shared an adorable snap of the actor sporting a scruffy beard, while cuddling their two-year-old daughter Eloise.
“When you have plans to rush at 8, but your boss demands hugs at 7:55,” the mother of two, who is expecting her third child, captioned the sweet image.
Pratt wore large black sunglasses and a black trucker hat in the photo he shared on his Instagram Story.
“What the boss wants, the boss gets!” she wrote on the photo.

Earlier this week, Pratt’s wife shared an adorable snap of him sporting a scruffy beard, while cuddling their two-year-old daughter Eloise.
The two are currently expecting their third child.

Pratt shared rare photos with his son on Instagram to celebrate his 12th birthday earlier this month.
The photos show them spending time together on a farm while giving a sweet shout-out to their son.
In the caption of his photo, Pratt wrote: “Happy birthday to my wonderful son Jack. I thank God every day for you sweet boy.”
She continued: “You are so smart, funny, kind, thoughtful, reliable and strong. I love you so much, little one. Twelve? I honestly can’t believe it!”
