The former Los Angeles home of Chris Pratt and ex-wife Anna Faris is back on the market for $7.5 million.
The Guardians of the Galaxy star, 45, and the Scary Movie actress, 47, who split in 2017 after eight years of marriage, first sold their Mediterranean-style property in 2020 for $4.75 million, two years after their messy divorce was finalized.
The former couple purchased the home in 2013 for $3.3 million and divorce proceedings required them to “live within five miles of each other until their son finished sixth grade,” according to The New York Post.
It currently belongs to Brett Mahoney, executive producer and showrunner of hit television shows such as CSI: Miami, The Following and Eli Stone.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is currently listed by Billy Rose and Natasha Sizlo of The Agency.
