The Radio X presenter, 46, posed for the module after revealing in 2018 that he had dropped the pounds by drastically reviewing his diet and fitness regime.

Chris revealed in 2018 that he changed his form after shedding five stones by reviewing his diet and fitness regime.

After years of limited exercise and a fixed diet of takeaway meals and junk food, the DJ now credits his weight loss with running and digging junk food.

According to Good to know, before his weight loss mission, Chris ate about 2,000 calories a day, but the food he ate was not exactly healthy.

He now eats the same amount of calories, but has swapped fat pizza and fat ice cream for fresh fruit and vegetables, along with grains such as quinoa and oatmeal.

He also does cardio three times a week, plus the use of free weights to build muscle.

Chris, who is now presenting a show on Radio X, has always been open about his fight with weight and his fitness goals.

He told Subway in 2015 he tried to focus on keeping his weight at bay after starting his attempt to get in shape the year before.

He explained: ‘I am getting older. If I don’t stay fit, I’ll be dead by 50. “

He also works hard with personal trainers – and lowers his alcohol intake – and told the Mirror back in 2011: “I have David Haye’s old trainer who kills me.

“I have become obsessed [fitness]. And I watch what I eat now that I’ve had to learn to cook for myself and that takes a lot of time, especially if I don’t drink, what I’ve been trying not to do lately. ”
