‘One thing I did religiously with him was have him eat a very large, hearty salad every day consisting of raw and cooked vegetables, fermented products, nuts, seeds and lots of good fats with a piece of steak or a large portion. piece of fish.’
Sergio went on to say that Chris’ diet for Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: End Game usually started in the morning with a huge green smoothie, packed with leafy greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, fats and sea salt.
He then consumed a protein snack of yogurt mixed with fresh berries, chia seeds, almonds and honey, or eggs on whole wheat toast with Vegemite and avocado.
After a tough workout, Chris replenished with a post-workout shake filled with plant-based protein, ice water, BCAAs and 1g of vitamin C.
His red meat intake came early in the afternoon with an 8-ounce eye fillet and vegetables, which he would eat again a few hours later.
Chris’s last meal of the day was always at 7pm with a large salad, white fish and roasted vegetables.
