Chris Hemsworth shows off his toned physique as he and wife Elsa Pataky go surfing with Kelly Slater: ‘Epic day’
Chris Hemsworth has long been an avid surfer, but this week he hit the water with surfing legend and close friend Kelly Slater.
The Thor star, 39, shared a series of photos from his ‘epic’ day out with Slater, 51, his wife Elsa Pataky, 46, and some friends on Friday.
The hunk from Byron Bay showed off his muscular physique in the photos and in one picture posed for a sweet selfie with his actress wife.
The group took to surfing, even using surfboards instead of water skis as they were pulled off the back of a boat.

Kelly Slater and his girlfriend Kalani Miller arrived at Perth Airport on Wednesday with surfboards in tow ready for the Margaret River Pro.
However, the men’s heat has been postponed as experts wait for conditions to improve.
Last year Kelly’s good friend Chris congratulated the surfer on his Pipeline win in Hawaii.

Alongside a photo of Kelly basking in his victory, the Thor star wrote on Instagram: “Congratulations, Kelly. Best of all time. What an inspiration.’
Kelly had won the WSL event against Hawaiian Seth Moniz earlier that day.
The movie star and the athlete are known to be good friends and have been photographed together on several occasions.

In 2018, they were featured in a viral photo of them wrestling shirtless.
“It may seem like Kelly Slater has the upper hand, but actually I used my Jedi mind tricks and endless patience and waited for his little arms to get tired,” Chris wrote.
“Then he immediately changed position and took full control until he succumbed to my powers…perhaps.”
Kelly and Chris clearly enjoy each other’s company, as they also met up at Kelly’s “Surf Ranch” in California, considered the world’s best artificial wave pool.
The Aussie star is an avid surfer and has accompanied Kelly on many surfing trips to locations such as Fiji and his hometown of Byron Bay.
