Chris Brown’s accuser has claimed the singer drugged and raped her during a yacht party outside Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ Miami mansion four years ago.

The woman, whose identity is only Jane Doe, made the allegations against Brown, 35, in an upcoming Investigation Discovery documentary titled Chris Brown: A History Of Violence, airing Sunday, October 27.

Diddy’s homes in Beverly Hills and Miami were notably raided by Homeland Security earlier this year in March during a sex trafficking investigation.

After being arrested last month in September, the disgraced rapper is currently being held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center, where he remains “sad and alone.”

Brown’s accuser explained that she had moved to Los Angeles in 2020 to pursue a career in dance, according to People. In December of that year she went to visit Miami with a friend.

While in town, he received an invitation to a party that was being held on a yacht near Diddy’s mansion in Miami.

At the party, she noticed that Chris Brown was also present and wanted to talk to the singer in the hopes that “maybe he could help me, guide me or give me some advice.”

She claimed: “We had talked and he had given me a drink.” I’m not even sure…this is where my memory starts to get a little weird.’

‘I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he handed me another drink. While I was there, I started to feel tired and my body felt a little heavy.’

The woman then claimed the Forever singer took her into a bedroom and said: “I remember lying down and thinking, ‘Why can’t I get up?'”

She alleged: ‘The next thing I knew he was on top of me and I couldn’t move and I said “No” and then I felt him… the next thing I knew he was inside me. I was so upset.’

His accuser then claimed that Brown took his phone and proceeded to text each other.

‘I think most girls would be happy… I didn’t want that. This is not what I wanted,’ he said.

The woman claimed that after the alleged incident, she had spoken to Chris to get “clarity.”

But after attending therapy, she said she was finally able to understand and accept that she had been sexually assaulted.

I know it for a fact. Instead of telling myself it wasn’t. Was. “It was rape,” the woman said.

Two years earlier, in 2022, Jane Doe claimed that a legal team had approached her in an attempt to build a case against Brown.

However, a judge had dismissed it “without prejudice” for “lack of prosecution,” according to NBCand upon discovering text messages between the woman and Chris after the alleged incident occurred, her lawyers also dropped her.

But one of the lawyers, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, is now representing the woman once again and said, according to People: “I love my client and I believe what happened to her is 100% true.”

“I feel like I failed her as a lawyer because I couldn’t make her feel comfortable enough with me in such a short period of time where she felt 100% comfortable being communicative with me.”

The woman stated, “Even introducing myself as Jane Doe, some people figured out who I was.”

And regarding speaking out in the documentary, he added: “From now on, I just hope I can shed light on what really happened.”

Brown’s lawyers have since denied the allegations, and Ariel Mitchell-Kidd also said Page six that Diddy had been on the yacht at the time of the alleged incident.

However, the woman apparently did not accuse Diddy of participating in the alleged rape.

The woman’s lawyer stated: ‘The yacht was docked behind her home on Star Island. We now believe he may have owned the yacht or chartered it.

Mitchell-Kidd added: “We haven’t been able to confirm so we haven’t specified the type of property.”

A source close to Diddy told Page Six: “These allegations have nothing to do with Diddy and do not allege any wrongdoing against him.”

Combs is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn after his arrest in September, and confinement is not going well for the disgraced rapper, said prison expert Larry Levine.

Levine, principal and founder of Wall Street Prison Consultants, appeared on DailyMail.com’s hit podcast, Diddy’s trialwhere he revealed that Combs receives daily visits from a psychological team that monitors his mental health.

The woman's lawyer stated: 'The yacht was docked behind her home on Star Island.

“He’s not actually on suicide watch, but my inside source tells me there’s someone who comes to visit him several times a day, you know, to make sure he’s okay,” Levine said.

He added: “Someone from the psychology department comes to visit him, so it’s like a game they play with the inmates.” Remember, he is not playing chess. He is alone in a cell.

Combs was arrested on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

Levine, whose company prepares defendants for life in prison and helps them navigate rehabilitation and other prison programs, says Combs is already receiving preferential treatment in the Brooklyn jail.

“My sources tell me (Combs) is getting additional rain per week,” Levine said. ‘I don’t know how many. It probably varies. They are giving them additional privileges.

The MDC, known for its horrific conditions and violent incidents, currently houses about 1,200 inmates.

Other infamous criminals, including Jeffrey Epstein, his ‘madam’ and partner Ghislaine Maxwell and R&B singer R. Kelly, have been held at the Brooklyn facility.

There have been numerous deaths at MDC, prompting several civil lawsuits against the jail for wrongful death.

This week, Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee and other lawyers filed seven new federal civil lawsuits alleging that Combs sexually assaulted or raped the plaintiffs in separate incidents between 2000 and 2022.

Two of the anonymous accusers are men and three are women, including one who alleged that Combs drugged and raped her when she was 13 at a VMA after-party in 2000.

The Busby law firm represents about 120 alleged victims who it announced would file lawsuits against the Bad Boy producer earlier this month.

Meanwhile, Combs’ attorneys are still trying to get him out of jail and filed an appeal with the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court after two judges refused to release him on bond. The matter will be discussed at a hearing on November 4.

“He has a solitary existence,” Levine said of Combs. “He’s got a target on his back and you know… it’s a fact that he has too much on too many people.”

“Someone is going to have to get him out and it won’t be the inmates who are there because they can’t get to him.”
