The post comes shortly after she had filler removed from just her upper lip.
Chloe informed her followers about the change on Snapchat and then on Instagram by sharing a selfie of herself with numbing cream on her lip.
The reality star has spent more than £50,000 on cosmetic procedures over the years, including two nose jobs, liposuction and breast augmentation.

‘When I had my breast surgery, it was much more difficult than this time. My breasts seem more proportionate to my body, just because I lost a lot of weight.’

Her latest procedure comes just three years after her breast surgery.
In 2020, Chloe underwent breast reduction surgery at the same clinic to balance out her slimmer figure following a two stone weight loss.
Chloe said previously Nearest Magazine: ‘Of course, it’s a bit addictive. But I can stop, now I’m happy with myself. I’ve spent a lot of money, it’s expensive. I’ve worked hard for my money and I want to spend it on this.
“My ideal body shape is a small waist with a big butt and hips… But I think people think I’ve had more surgeries than I have.”
