The autopsy report into the death of Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash’s stepdaughter, Lucy-Bleu Knight, has finally been released in full.
Knight was found unconscious on July 19 and was pronounced dead that same day at 3 p.m. local time.
The report, which was obtained by DailyMail.com, was released after the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner announced in a statement late last month that Knight had died from hydrogen sulfide toxicity, while the cause of her death was ruled “suicide.”
The new, full autopsy report shares more details about Knight’s condition and reveals the disturbing note he left behind with a warning for first responders.
Knight was determined to have died as a result of inhaling toxic gas, which occurs naturally and can also be found in wastewater treatment plants and oil refineries.

However, it can also be created by mixing certain cleaning products.
First responders who entered the home could have risked poisoning or even death from the lingering gas, but Knight had placed a note in a trash can that would be immediately visible in the kitchen when someone opened the front door.
“CAUTION CALL HAZMAT SORRY H2S GAS TOXIC DO NOT ENTER,” Lucy-Bleu wrote in the note warning anyone entering to be aware of it.
Investigators noticed that blue tape had apparently been used to seal cracks in the door, and that tape was also placed over light fixtures, electrical outlets and covering ceiling vents.
According to the report, she had checked into a short-term rental home and her body was only found after the landlord, who had rented other properties to her in the past, received no response after texting her.
