The teenager’s followers were outraged by the post, while several parents told Rob he had broken their daughters’ hearts.
“Siri playing this should be me by Justin Bieber,” one fan wrote, while another said, “Rob this is a weird way to propose to me.”
“Alexa, play my depression playlist,” one said, while another asked, “So I was betrayed?”

Someone pointed out that the comments were incredibly creepy
One of Robert’s supporters rightly pointed out, “Some of these comments are scary.”
Aside from the odd comment, most of the comments were incredibly supportive of the couple, who looked smitten in their first Instagram photo together.
Robert captioned the photo using three flower emojis.
Robert’s romantic message was quickly flooded with comments.

It’s the first time the pair have posed for a photo together on Robert’s Instagram feed – having made their red carpet debut in Sydney last month at the premiere of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One.
“My poor little heart,” one follower wrote alongside a crying face emoji.
“Oh my god I wish it was me lol but you look beyond happy,” added another.

There are rumors that Robert is so in love with his new girlfriend Rorie that he plans to move across the country to be closer to her.
The conservationist recently hinted that he may soon be packing his bags and leaving his home at Australia Zoo on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

Robert’s romantic message was quickly inundated with comments
Just a day after reports surfaced that Robert wanted to move to Perth, where Rorie lives, he took to Instagram to share a gallery of photos he had taken recently.
The photos were all of signs, tags or book titles bearing his first name – a hobby the amateur photographer likes to call collecting the “Roberts of the world”.
One of the photos featured a road sign that read “Roberts Rd”, which some Irwin superfans interpreted as a sign that Robert was taking his life in a new direction.

The conservationist recently hinted that he may soon be packing his bags and leaving his home at Australia Zoo on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
The social media hint follows an unconfirmed report from Woman’s Day magazine that Robert is considering leaving his family’s zoo and crossing the country to settle in Perth.
Rorie studies at a university in the capital of Western Australia.
The young couple are said to find their long-distance relationship difficult, with a source saying the trip from WA to Queensland was “hellish” for them.
“It’s really painful,” a relative reportedly said.
“When they really want to explore their relationship, there’s this hellish distance between them,” they added.

“Rorie is stuck in Perth with his studies, so the logical solution is for Robert to move there – at least for a while – and his parents are adamant he is staying with them.”
Rorie’s family have been more than welcoming to Robert, and her parents say they are the “perfect partner”.
“They’re a very tight-knit team, and if Robert is willing to make the sacrifice of moving to a big city for their daughter, they’ll do whatever they can to make it work,” the source added.
While Robert’s mother, Terri, seems worried that the couple is moving “too fast,” she’s apparently open to the idea of her son temporarily moving interstate.
According to the magazine, Terri knows Robert is in “good hands” and wants to get to know Rorie’s parents if her son chooses to move to Western Australia.
The family matriarch even invited the Buckeys to Australia Zoo for Christmas.
