This is the chilling moment a paranoid schizophrenic calmly ate Haribo sweets while being arrested for beating and beheading a grandmother in his dining room.
Luke Deeley, 26, broke into the home of June Fox-Roberts, 65, in Wales before attacking, decapitating and amputating the pensioner’s limbs and wrapping her body in plastic.
Deeley, who had “no known links” to June, was charged with her murder in November 2021 and is now being held indefinitely in a mental hospital.
Haunting footage from ITV’s 2023 true crime series Code Blue: The Killing Of June Fox-Roberts, which will air tonight, shows the killer continuing to eat a packet of sweets as he is arrested for the horrific attack in November 2021 .
Police can be seen approaching Deeley, who is sitting eating with his back against a wall on a side street.

The then 25-year-old is asked, ‘What’s your name?’, to which he replies, ‘Lewis.’
The young man then looks up and tells the officer, ‘I’ve been on a hike, bro.’
The cop asks Deeley to write down what he’s doing, at which point he places his hand on the Haribo package and eats another piece of candy.
When asked if he has something on him that he shouldn’t, Deeley replies that he has a “nunchuck thing”.
The officer says, ‘Leave it where it is. Put your hands behind your back for a second. Get these sweets off of you.
Deeley then gives the police a false name of Lewis Thomas as he is handcuffed and placed in the back of a van.
June had lived in her home for 40 years when Deeley bludgeoned her to death in what police described as “horrific” circumstances.
Deeley was a student at the University of South Wales when he attacked June at her home in November 2021.

He is a paranoid schizophrenic who was reportedly obsessed with ‘Satan and demons’ and carried out June’s murder ten days after leaving his student accommodation.
Deeley was sentenced to indefinite hospital detention after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter for diminished responsibility.
His parents and mental health workers reported him missing before carrying out the gruesome murder of an apparent stranger.
June was a ‘caring and giving’ mother to her three adult children: Trisha, Sebastian and Abigail.
She was also a grandmother and great-grandmother to a girl who was born earlier that month that she sadly never got the chance to meet.
June was from the village of Llantwit Fardre, near Pontypridd, in south Wales, where “everyone loved her”.
She was the head of her family’s IT firm and also ran a nearby cafe called June’s Cakes and Shakes.
Grandma had plans to build her dream bungalow to retire and she planned a beautiful garden and plot to get away.
