A wealthy childcare entrepreneur has claimed to build a mega mansion in Byron Bay that will surpass Chris Hemsworth’s $ 20 million estate.
Sean Collins, who is moving to the tourist hot spot from Melbourne, said his lavish new waterfront home will be “ bigger and better ” than the Thor star’s property.

“My cousin actually does the landscape for Hemsworth, it’s such a big project that the whole city is talking about,” said Collins RealEstate.com.au.
“But I think my property will get even bigger and better.”
Collins renovated his John St home before putting it up for sale, with a huge living and dining room opening onto an outside deck, along with an open kitchen with breakfast bar and stone countertops.
Details about Mr. Collins Byron’s home are sparse, although he said the 2,500-square-foot waterfront location will have a tennis court, making it the “ only home in the area with one. ”
For comparison, Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky’s home has been built for a whopping three years and boasts a range of luxurious quirks.
According to the Gold Coast Bulletin, who report seeing the floor plans, the Thor star, his wife, and their three children have access to a whopping ten bathrooms.

A butler’s pantry is provided in the kitchen, along with one large barbecue area, breathtaking views of the Broken Head Nature Reserve, 26 surfboard racks and two bars.
