A off-duty Chicago police officer has been charged  for allegedly urinating into an ice machine at a beach resort bar while on holiday in Florida.

An employee of Jimmy B’s Beach Bar at the Beachcomber Resort Hotel in St. Pete Beach said he caught off-duty officer Henry Capouch, 30, caught him in the act on Monday.

According to the police report, Capouch shouted at the employee before pushing him.

According to a report by police, Henry Capouch (off-duty officer), was found peeing into an Ice Machine while on holiday in Florida.

When a Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office deputy came to intervene, the employee and security guard took the deputy over to where Capouch was relaxing.

He was found lying on the sand beside his girlfriend.

He According to the report, he actively resisted arrest and was disorderly when he spoke with police.

After being arrested by deputies on December 5, Capouch was released from jail and posted $650 bail.

Authorities have now charged him for simple battery and disorderly behavior.

Chicago Police stated that Capouch was relieved of all police powers while an internal investigation is conducted.

Since 2018, he has been an officer in the Illinois police department.

In October, an off-duty officer accidentally shot and killed a witness while cleaning his gun at his California home.
