Andrew told the publication, “This is how the fuck I live. I’ve been begging here for over three months and it’s something that really broke my heart.

‘I have so much pride. With the family I have, I shouldn’t be here. It’s terrible.

“None of them have contacted me. Even if Cheryl isn’t helping me, she’s still my family. She probably won’t even know I’m on the street, I don’t blame her at all. This is the lowest I’ve ever been.’

According to The Sun, a tearful Andrew sleeps next to bottles of urine and empty beer cans in his makeshift home in northern England. He also shares the tent with a friend who is homeless.

The 41-year-old – who has a son – revealed he was forced to live on the streets when his relationship broke down earlier this year.

Cheryl’s troubled brother has a history of crime and has appeared in court more than 50 times.

He took part in his first robbery at age 13 and in 2005 was sentenced to four years for the brutal robbery of a teenager, a crime for which he was released on bail and on the run for five weeks.

In 1996, he was placed in a juvenile detention center for stabbing two students in a street fight. He served three years before being paroled.

In 2011, he was jailed for another six years for his involvement in an armed robbery of a post office.

A local officer reportedly said they have no “real right” to remove Andrew from the plot where his tent is set up, as the land is owned by the council.

He is waiting for temporary housing as a local councilor said they are working to find a ‘solution’.

The former worker became addicted to glue at a young age, after growing up on a heroin-infested estate in Newcastle.

Andrew continues to battle drug and alcohol addiction, despite numerous attempts to help from his younger sister Cheryl.

The Girls Aloud star has never publicly mentioned her grief over Andrew, but he has acknowledged her unquestionable support on multiple occasions.

Speaking from his prison cell in 2008, he told the Sunday Mirror: ‘Cheryl wants to help me – but I’m too far gone. I know I’m breaking her heart, but I’m not strong enough to sort myself out.’

“It makes me sad when I think I’m hurting my sister so much. I told Cheryl to be ashamed of me, but she says she loves me and will never give up on me.”

She is said to be ‘paralyzed with worries’ about her older brother and was spotted during secret prison visits while he was serving his sentence for a violent robbery.

“She came alone,” Andrew said. “She looked so sad and so tired, completely different from what she looks like on TV or singing on stage… It broke my heart to see her so torn.”

According to reports at the time, Cheryl held her brother’s hand during a prison visit and begged him to let her and ex-husband Ashley Cole pay for his rehab.

But the Newcastle resident turned down the offer. He acknowledged that she was behind him “every step” but refused help because he was afraid of abandoning her.

Though he was brutally honest about his own shortcomings, he said in 2008 that he hopes one day to get his life back on track and repay Cheryl for all her kindness.
