Thomas Tuchel wants to bolster his European champions with up to four new signings as striker, centre-back, central midfield and fullback.
The fallout could see as many as 11 of Chelsea’s fringe players leave this summer, either on loan or on a permanent basis.

Milan has contacted the Frenchman’s entourage as he is out of contract next month. Giroud has plenty of Premier League candidates plus in Italy and France, but at 34 he is looking for a two-year deal.

Chelsea are ready to sell for £40 million because they want to bring in Romelu Lukaku. A move to Aston Villa was rejected last summer and they will be joined this window by West Ham and Wolves, but the price will have to come down.
Chelsea won’t rush to sell, but he wants to play a part in games from the start and his frustration with Tuchel’s preference for using him from the bench or as a possible fullback means the situation will come to a head.
Has a lot of talent, but a lack of consistency and questions about how he takes care of himself off the pitch have raised doubts about Barkley’s future under Tuchel. West Ham has an interest but may prefer a first loan.

A new loan spell is not in it for the powerful midfielder. If he is not charmed by Thomas Tuchel, he will look for a permanent move. Villa, Southampton and Everton are interested, but the 25-year-old has high wages.
Chelsea do not want to sell, but the young Scottish midfielder has to play football regularly. Southampton saw a transfer fail in January, while Steve Bruce would love him at Newcastle United.
Was one of West Brom’s top performers last season after successful loan spells at Charlton and Swansea. Thomas Tuchel would like to take a closer look at him before making a decision, but Crystal Palace are keen to capture him now.

He still has a one-year contract and is getting more and more interest from Italy. Atalanta are among the frontrunners as they want an attacking fullback to replace Belgian Robin Gosens, who has been offered and admired by a number of English clubs.
The 26-year-old once again has plenty of interest from Italian clubs such as Juventus, Napoli and Inter Milan. It could still be offered as compensation in Chelsea’s pursuit of Lukaku, but tight Inter would prefer deals to be made separately.

He leads a group including Michy Batshuayi, Danny Drinkwater, Baba Rahman, Kenedy and Spartak Moscow bound Victor Moses, all of whom are ready to leave this window. There are also questions about the roles of Kurt Zouma and Hakim Ziyech who want more playing time.
