Chelsea loanee Levi Colwill infuriates his parent club fans by posting about his ‘brilliant’ night as they lost 4-1 to Man United… after joking he had ‘forgotten’ who he belonged to
Levi Colwill has infuriated fans of his parent club Chelsea by posting a photo of him and Billy Gilmore at a party after the Blues were humiliated 4-1 by Manchester United on Thursday.
Erik ten Hag’s side, who have secured Champions League football next season, could have put even more ahead of Frank Lampard’s side, who conceded their fourth defeat in six games.
It has been a very dismal season for the London club, who despite spending £323m on new signings in January have seriously underperformed this season with Frank Lampard only managing to win a only game since taking over from Graham Potter.
Colwill, meanwhile, has enjoyed a stellar season at Brighton, having joined the club on loan last summer, having bagged two assists in 16 appearances for Roberto De Zerbi’s side, helping them qualify for the Europa League for the first time in club history.
But it appears the 20-year-old has infuriated fans at his parent club, posting a picture of him and former Chelsea youngster Gilmour at a night out after the Blues suffered their humiliating defeat to Man United.
