Chelsea sold Edouard Mendy to Al-Ahli earlier this summer.
Kepa hasn’t always been a regular starter during his time at Chelsea, but he has made 163 appearances for the club since joining in 2018.
He made 23 Premier League appearances last season after replacing Mendy as first choice.
