Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah has reportedly been banned from using Chelsea’s first-team training facilities as the club attempt to facilitate a move for the defender.
Chalobah, 25, a graduate of the Blues’ academy, was left out of the squad that travelled to the United States this summer as the club look to sell the centre-back.
Chalobah had been training at Cobham under new manager Enzo Maresca but stayed at home, with the likes of Wesley Fofana, Axel Disasi, Tosin Adarabioyo, Benoit Badiashile and Levi Colwill preferred by the Italian.
Mail Sport reported last month that Chalobah, who joined Chelsea aged eight and has made 80 appearances for the club, feels he is being forced out of Stamford Bridge.
And, according to The telegraphAs well as training with Chelsea’s development squad, Chalobah has also been away from the first-team training ground at Cobham.

The report goes on to say that Chalobah will remain in the academy building at the club’s training ground in Cobham until he agrees to a move, and that the 25-year-old has not been seen in the first team since returning from the US earlier this week.
The defender has been joined by fellow Blues academy graduate Armando Broja and Romelu Lukaku in the Under-21s, with Chelsea also looking to move for those two forwards this summer.
Chelsea are believed to think this is the best way to deal with unwanted players who have no future at the club, allowing them to focus on a transfer, rather than giving them false hope.
Conor Gallagher suffered a similar fate before agreeing to join Atletico Madrid for £33.7m.
The report claims Aston Villa and Crystal Palace are interested in signing Chalobah, who turned down a transfer to Nottingham Forest last summer.
He spent much of the season injured but forced his way back into Mauricio Pochettino’s plans towards the end of the campaign and made 17 appearances in total.
Meanwhile, Chalobah, who still has four years remaining on the contract he signed in November 2022, is believed to have acted professionally throughout the saga, with the club putting a £25million price tag on his head.
Chalobah, whose brother Nathaniel also played for the club between 2012 and 2017, enjoyed loan spells at Ipswich, Huddersfield and Lorient during his formative years at Stamford Bridge.
Chalobah has been joined in the U21 squad by fellow exiles Armando Broja and Romelu Lukaku.
Chalobah joined Chelsea at the age of eight and has played 80 times for the club.
The Chalobah news comes as Chelsea close in on a £54million signing for Pedro Neto from Wolves.
Broja, meanwhile, was part of the pre-season tour of the United States but struggled to get playing time and attracted interest from clubs in the Premier League and abroad.
This comes despite the Albanian striker enduring a disappointing loan spell at Fulham during the second half of last season, where he failed to score a single goal.
Lukaku, meanwhile, could reunite with Antonio Conte at Napoli, but Chelsea are believed to want any suitor to meet his £37.8m release clause, which could scupper interest.
The news of Chalobah comes as Chelsea are closing in on a £54m signing for Pedro Neto from Wolves, as they continue their pursuit of Atletico Madrid striker Samu Omorodion.
