Chelsea and Everton are reportedly in the race to sign Torino’s sought-after striker Andrea Belotti.

Belotti has scored regularly in Serie A for the past five years, with his goals proving pivotal in Torino’s fight against relegation this season.
Andrea Belotti could leave Torino this summer with six teams interested, including Chelsea
The forward has scored 12 goals to help push Torino five points out of the drop zone and attracted a lot of interest across Europe.
According to Tuttosport, Chelsea, previously linked with a move for Belotti, is one of the teams considering a summer jump for him.
Thomas Tuchel has put the gauntlet on Timo Werner to convince him that he doesn’t need more firepower up front amid the German’s struggle to beat his terrible record of just five goals in the Premier League all season.
The striker’s 12 goals this season have been crucial in Torino’s fight against relegation
But when Tuchel comes to the conclusion that he needs to sign a new striker, Belotti is someone he could make a move for.
The Italian publication also claims Everton is ready to rival Chelsea, AC Milan, Roma, Napoli and Atletico Madrid over Belotti’s signature.
Torino has been urged by their club legend Roberto Cravero to tie up Belotti, with the ex-defender saying that “selling him would be a sign of weakness.”
Chelsea are considering signing a forward this summer to replace Timo Werner
However, there is little optimism at the moment, and with only 12 months to go on its current deal, Torino could be forced to part with their main player this summer.
Belotti would have no shortage of potential suitors should he decide to seek out new pastures, with Milan reportedly the favorite of the six teams interested in him.
The 27-year-old is a regular on the Italy national team and has the chance to put himself in the shop window with the forward who will take the lead for Roberto Mancini’s men at this summer’s European championships.
