This is when a family’s cat climbed up and “disappeared” in their Christmas tree.
Hailey Forbes, 27, shared the video of her three-year-old tabby Dexter making a nest in the tree near her home in Glasgow.
Cats are known for clambering up Christmas trees, but few have the camouflage properties of this moggie.

The clip captures the curious Dexter in the tree as he explores the festive decoration
He peeks through the branches while buried in the tree
Footage shows him nestled among the white foliage, baubles and fairy lights.
The cheeky pet even seems to wink as Mrs. Forbes zooms in to reveal his hiding place.
Ms. Forbes, a technician, said, “I’ve had my cat since he was about 15 weeks old.
“He climbs the tree every night.”
However, Dexter’s antics have taken their toll. His owner added: “He broke the tree branches by sitting on them and also smashed a lot of Christmas balls.”

She added: “Dexter has a brother the same age named Arlo, he is the angel and never goes near the tree.
“My friends and family thought the videos were very funny and cute, I’ve heard you say that from a few too.”
Ms. Forbes posted a series of clips on TikTok, the most popular of which received more than 1.8 million views.
