Charlize Theron places a great selfie from the audience of the Oscars with Tom Hanks, Regina King

Charlize Theron shares the epic star studded selfie she made at the Oscars with Tom Hanks, Salma Hayek, Regina King and Rami Malek

This Oscar winner may not have won another statue during last Sunday’s award ceremony, but she still smiled from ear to ear and has the photos to prove it.

Actress and producer Charlize Theron set up a sweet pair of selfies on Tuesday, with moments from the Sunday Academy Awards in Los Angeles, California, where she was in the audience with her mother, Gerda Maritz.

In one of the photos, the Bombshell actress is seen with her mother and several other famous faces on the seats in the Dolby Theater: Tom Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson, Salma Hayek, and two from last year’s action winner, Regina King and Rami Malek.

In the fun snap, rows of Oscars audience members watch as Charlize, 44, hold the camera up for herself and her mother.

Behind them is Hanks, who is Theron in one of her first roles in his movie That Thing You Do! From 1996 casts alongside Wilson, Hayek, King and Malek, who leans forward from the side in photo style.

In a second recording in the Instagram post of Charlize, she is seen in an intimate and closer recording, in which only she and mother Gerda are shown, with Lucy Boynton spying in the background.

“Good company,” Theron wrote the few photos, along with the hashtag # Oscars2020.

Although Charlize did not win the best actress Oscar she was for Sunday night for, her movie Bombshell won a coveted trophy for the best hair and makeup – largely thanks to Theron’s incredible transformation into newsreader Megyn Kelly in the film.

The process included meticulous prosthetic applications on the face of Theron, from makeup artist Kazu Hiro.

In the acting category, Theron lost the trophy to Renee Zellweger’s best lead actress, who achieved an incredible transformation of herself – in the legendary entertainer Judy Garland for the movie Judy.

However, Theron was not too depressed after the prizes, because she already has her own Oscar at home – she won the best actress in 2003 for her brutal portrayal of the real serial killer Aileen Wuornos in the movie Monster.
