Jaclyn Smith has a new career path at age 78.
On Wednesday, the former Charlie’s Angels actress (who played the gorgeous private detective Kelly Garrett on the hit 1970s series) made an announcement.

The fragrance will be launched on July 24.
“I’m delighted with it,” the fashion designer shared with People.
“It’s authentic to me. It comes from my heart and it’s for my family, especially my mother, who introduced me to the world of fragrances when I was a child.
“She loved perfumes and the one she used reminded me of this one. It’s from my travels, from my garden. This has been very exciting for me.”

“I always associate the scent with my mother because our house was filled with fragrances. And when she came to visit, I would help her unpack and the scent would be in her suitcase,” Smith told the site. “Fragrances speak before you speak and they leave a memory. I love that they leave a memory.”
She also has a clothing brand called JS for Nordstrom Rack.
Jaclyn played Kelly Garrett in the series that aired from 1976 to 1981 and has since become an iconic cult classic.

‘A lot of good things, but also some sad things: we went through Farrah’s illness and David Doyle’s passing.’
Farrah Fawcett, who played Jill Munroe, died in 2009 after a long battle with cancer.
David, who played Chief John Bosley, died in 1997.
