Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller made a rare sighting on Thursday.
The 46-year-old blonde beauty, who dated the late Matthew Perry more than 20 years ago, looked flawless as she strolled along a sandy beach in Malibu.
The socialite wore a gold/beige one-piece swimsuit with a plunging neckline at the front and reaching down to her hips. She added round Ray-Ban sunglasses and wore her hair down.
The red carpet veteran was joined by her furry beige pup, whom she doted on as she prepared for a tanning session.
These photos surfaced on the same day that several of Perry’s drug dealers and handlers who helped procure the Friends actor the ketamine that led to his death were arrested.

Brooke was spotted hitting the beach in a grey shirt and black crochet shorts before stripping down to her swimsuit to enjoy the warm sunshine.
After her walk, she was seen playing and cuddling with her rescue dog, Kayla, in the sand. She also had a soft drink.
Mueller married Hollywood star Charlie Sheen in May 2008 and the couple had twin sons Bob and Max in 2009. They filed for divorce in November 2010 and finalized their separation in May 2011.
Brooke and Matthew remained close friends for decades after splitting up.
She had known the Hollywood icon for so long that it was Perry who introduced Brooke to Charlie at a party at her house.
Perry died in October 2023, aged 54, from the acute effects of ketamine. He was found in his hot tub submerged in water, but died from an overdose of the drug.
Several arrests were made Thursday in connection with Perry’s death.
Brooke was linked to the named distributors, which included: Jasveen Sangha, also known as ‘The Ketamine Queen’ and Erik Fleming.
In March, authorities obtained a search warrant for Brooke’s home in connection with Perry’s death and seized Brooke’s computer and phone, according to TMZ.
She was in rehab at the time.
The site claimed in a new report that Brooke once spent time in rehab with Matthew. It was at the same place and at the same time as Sangha and Fleming were there, the site said.
She was married to Charlie Sheen, seen left in 2021, and was close to Perry, seen right in 2017. Several of Perry’s drug dealers were arrested Thursday.

Fleming, who reached a deal and pleaded guilty to a pair of charges, He was a drug dealer who delivered the ketamine from Sangha’s hideout to Perry’s assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa, the site said.
On Thursday, Perry’s personal assistant has pleaded guilty to charges related to the actor’s death.
Iwamasa pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine causing death.
The Justice Department has accused Iwamasa of “repeatedly” injecting the actor with ketamine “without medical training,” including on the day Perry died.
Iwamasa is one of five people charged with crimes related to the actor’s death, including Sangha and Dr. Salvador Plascencia.

Meanwhile, Plascencia has been charged with conspiracy to distribute ketamine.
Separately, Mark Chavez, another doctor, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine.
The star doted on her rescue dog named Kayla, who was wearing a service dog harness.
Brooke was spotted hitting the beach in a grey shirt and black crochet shorts before stripping down to her swimsuit to enjoy the warm sunshine.
She drank a can of soda while sitting on her knees on a blue towel.
Her arms looked very toned as she carried her blue backpack over her shoulder.
Fleming pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death.
Fleming and Iwamasa could face between 15 and 25 years in prison, while Chavez faces up to a decade in prison.
Sangha could face a possible life sentence.
Perry, best known for playing Chandler Bing on Friends alongside Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox, among others, died due to the “acute effects of ketamine.”
An autopsy report also listed drowning, coronary artery disease and the effects of buprenorphine as contributing factors to her death.
