Noted Warriors critic Charles Barkley has further criticized Golden State fans and praised the Sacramento Kings.
Speaking with KCRA’s Mike TeSelle at the American Century Championship golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, Barkley expressed his thoughts on the The Kings’ recent acquisition of DeMar DeRozan and his thoughts on Warriors fans.
“Sacramento has improved, I really hope they do well,” Barkley said. “I really root for the Kings, they have some of the best fans in the world. They are the complete opposite of those assholes in Golden State, their fans are the worst.”

The Kings’ blockbuster move to land DeRozan via sign-and-trade will give Sacramento another superstar to pair with Domantas Sabonis and De’Aaron Fox, giving the franchise the talent needed to win its first playoff series since 2004.
The Warriors have also made plenty of moves this offseason, with Golden State parting ways with franchise cornerstone Klay Thompson and acquiring Buddy Hield, Kyle Anderson and De’Anthony Melton.
Barkley He has long criticized The Warriors, who have been consistently criticized as a team over the past 10 years, have been a case in point. The veteran NBA commentator called Golden State a “jump-shooting team” (a nickname they disagreed with) and claimed they would never win an NBA championship during the Warriors’ title run in 2015.
Even now, Barkley believes the franchise is done as a contender and The next one will be mediocre season, unable to compete in the deep and talented Western Conference.
You can bet that even with his retirement from broadcasting imminent, the Basketball Hall of Famer will continue to criticize Warriors and Golden State fans.
