The power couple announced the happy news on Instagram on Thursday by sharing a precious photo of their newborn son’s tiny hand wrapped around his mother’s finger.
Scotty, 30, and Chloe revealed the adorable name of their bundle of joy: Leo Harry James.
Many of her famous friends quickly took to the comments section to offer their well wishes.
“Welcome to the family little man,” wrote Sam Mac and Brendan Fevola added: “Congratulations mate.”
Meanwhile, Elle Macpherson posted a love heart emoji.
In June, the happy couple announced they were expecting their first child in a touching video on social media.
