“You say so yourself,” continued the artist, whose real name is Yvette Marie Stevens. “We’re not going to talk about a man. We’re not going to do any of that. It’s not happening. ‘
“I’m not going to do a song without a heifer,” concluded the ten-time Grammy winner.
