Celebrity surgeon says personal trainers in Hollywood are sending their A-list clients to him for procedures – and then taking credit for the results

One of Hollywood’s most talented cosmetic surgeons has revealed the shocking secret behind some major celebrities’ makeovers.

Dr. David Matlock, whose clientele includes Oscar and Grammy winners, says some personal trainers to the stars secretly send their clients to him and other surgeons for subtle nips and tucks.

Speaking to cosmetic injector Alex Pike on his podcast The faceDr. Matlock claimed that some celebrities – who he couldn’t name – are now considering “more non-invasive procedures” like microneedling and radiofrequency treatments to keep their improvements a secret.

“Some of them were coming for a new role or something, they need to get in shape,” he said.

“We went through a phase here where we didn’t understand why the coach was sending this celebrity,” he continued.

“Well, coach wanted a huge start and then he’ll finish!”

Alex replied: “They’re only going to credit the coach… (but) there’s a lot more going on behind the scenes.”

Although Dr. Matlock hasn’t named any of the celebrities who have done this, he has a reputation for working with some of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

According to his website, the celebrity surgeon, who specializes in body contouring, has worked with “a list of A-list clients who have won Academy Awards, Grammys, Emmys, Tonys and more.”

He has appeared on several television shows and networks, including BBC, VH1, and ABC’s The View.

While many of Dr. Matlock’s clients prefer to keep their procedures private, he has treated a number of reality TV stars publicly.

Last year, he spent hours operating on Angela White, aka Blac Chyna, to remove the illegal silicone injections she had previously given to his butt.

He also performed laser vaginal rejuvenation and skin tightening on Kim Zolciak after her separation from husband Kroy Biermann.
