Andrew Campbell, director of Hush Property and new star of Listing Melbourne, said Albanese most likely hired a buyer advocate to find his dream home.
‘I would have gotten someone like Nicole Jacobs from The Block to be his advocate so he could gain some knowledge about the area. “It’s a big plus,” Campbell told Daily Mail Australia.
When advising homebuyers on what to do before purchasing a property, Campbell said agents would have carried out a comprehensive inspection of the building to ensure all potential defects in the home were identified and addressed.
‘Do a pest and building inspection, have your contract reviewed. Make sure your finances are aligned and ask a family friend to come in for a second opinion,” he said.
‘As agents we don’t like this trick!’ he added laughing.

‘Jodie is a Coastie and spending time with her there is amazing. “It will be nice to be closer to his parents and family one day.”
