Celebrity chef Simmone Logue has listed her sprawling waterfront apartment in Sydney with a target price of $6.5 million.
Located in the Billyard Gardens block in Elizabeth Bay, the three-bedroom, two-bathroom pad offers stunning views of the eastern harbor.
Logue, 58, bought the 1960s condo with husband Ray Sprouts, a real estate developer, for $5.3 million in 2021, reports The Daily Telegraph.
It has a holiday atmosphere with an understated open plan design.
Highlights of the ground floor apartment include a private garden and harborside pool.

The pair bought a two-bedroom apartment in Elizabeth Bay from fashion designer Melanie Greensmith in January.
Built in 1922 on the south harbor shore, the couple’s new pad is in Del Rio’s four-story tower block and was once featured in Vogue.

Previous owners include celebrity caterer Charles Wilkins, who purchased the property in 2001 for $1.96 million.
Wilkins later hired renowned architect Garth Barnett to convert the three-bedroom apartment into a two-bedroom apartment.
Logue rose to fame with its luxury bakery brand, founded in the 1990s.
