Celebrity Big Brother fans joked that Louis Walsh must have been doing his homework while informing Sharon Osbourne about all the housemates during Monday’s live launch.

In a series first, Big Brother introduced Sharon as its first tenant in the house, heading into the house for a guest stint with Louis to play ‘the judges’.

The duo, hiding in a separate room, were tasked with choosing the first three housemates to put in the danger zone and ultimately face eviction.

When reunited on screen for the first time in seven years, Louis explained who each new entry was, and viewers compared the scene to The Devil Wears Prada.

Sharing their thoughts on X, one person wrote: “Louis is a walking, talking Wikipedian.”

Another asked: ‘What the hell is going on with Prada? How does Louis know everyone?

‘So Louis let it slip that he knew Sharon was going to be there, he’s been doing his homework on the other leaked names, hasn’t he? I love that she tells Mrs. O about each person,” a third person added.

Someone else joked: “Louis is literally explaining every celebrity to Sharon like Andrea and Emily to Miranda in The Devil Wears Prada.”

“Cracking up because Louis knows everything about housemates,” another shared.

Music manager Sharon appeared on the first four series of The X Factor from 2004 to 2007, the tenth series in 2013 and series 13 and 14 from 2016 to 2017, with Louis starring alongside her.

The pair became known for their bond and fun interactions during auditions on The X Factor, with their reunion on Celebrity Big Brother being their first on-screen in seven years.

Sharon was the first celebrity to enter the house when she arrived to applause at the studies.

And when the reality TV queen was greeted by hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best, the audience was filled with excitement as they chanted ‘SHARON’ and ‘ICON’.

Sharon was rumored to be entering the house, after a TV source told The Sun: “Landing Sharon is a huge coup for the series, especially as she has such a strong on-screen partnership with Louis.”

“He’s not afraid to speak his mind and has a wealth of showbiz stories up his sleeve. She is guaranteed entertainment and is sure to be a hit with viewers.

Mirror reported that the duo had to undergo “respect and inclusion” training before entering the famous house, being known for their outspoken opinions.

The training will reportedly instruct them on what is “appropriate use of language and acceptable behavior.”
