Jocelyn Wildenstein, famously nicknamed ‘Catwoman’ for her feline-inspired plastic surgery, was preparing to return to the spotlight before her unexpected death on Tuesday at age 85.
The Swiss socialite, once a billionaire, had been filming a reality show just a year earlier, according to TMZ.
Produced by Christine Peters and Jeff Jenkins, the series followed Jocelyn’s transition from her old roots in New York City to a new life in Los Angeles.

Despite her uncertain fate, insiders shared that Jocelyn was “happy,” “healthy,” and “a pleasure to work with” during production.
“She thoroughly enjoyed the experience,” the source added.

Romantically, Wildenstein found companionship with fashion designer Klein, whom she began dating in 2003.
Although the two later got engaged, their relationship has not been smooth at all.
In 2016, Wildenstein was arrested after an altercation at her Trump Tower apartment, during which she allegedly slashed Klein’s face with scissors.
Days later, Klein was arrested for robbery and assault while trying to collect his belongings from his apartment.
Despite their turbulent history, the couple eventually reconciled.
