More than a month after undergoing a Brazilian ass lift, Cathy Evans has proudly shown off her new bum.

The 27-year-old Married At First Sight alum shared a short video of herself wearing light gray training tights and a matching crop top on Instagram on Thursday.

The video was filmed from a low angle looking up, giving her 198,000 Instagram followers a good look at her shapely new derrière.

“I don’t need a pen, I draw all the attention,” she wrote in the reveal post.

Cathy underwent a series of plastic surgeries last month, including 10 liposuctions and a Brazilian fat transfer butt lift.

She documented her consultation, surgery and recovery on Instagram, presumably as part of a sponsorship deal with the clinic.

But her recovery from the extensive procedures proved difficult, after she was forced out on the street shortly after the $30,000 surgery.

Cathy burst into tears as she recalled being evacuated from her home due to a nearby fire and how the experience left her humiliated and unbearably hurt.

In the camera, the bride in the bandage said through tears, “We were all on the street. I had to stand out. I feel so ashamed.’

“It hasn’t been smooth sailing for me,” she sobbed.

She explained that she had been lying down and trying to recover when police and firefighters broke into her home to have everyone evacuated.

“I’m really struggling to get up and all the fluid is flowing through my body so I was a little shocked and tried to get up faster and I was in more pain,” she said.
