‘I am truly blessed’: Catherine Zeta-Jones shares sweet snaps with her parents after being separated for ‘so long’ amid the pandemic
They struggled to see each other during the coronavirus pandemic due to international travel restrictions.
So Catherine Zeta-Jones was understandably elated when she was reunited with her mother Patricia and father David in Mallorca on Sunday.
On Instagram, the 51-year-old actress told her fans: “I just love being with my mom and dad after being apart for so long. They are just the best, they give me so much joy. I am blessed, truly blessed.’

Showing where she got her striking good looks, Catherine hugged Patricia, who looked every inch like the glamorous grandmother in a bright pink shirt and pearls.
In a second, the actress stunned in a deep floral maxi dress as she posed next to Dave on a boat trip.
She swept her raven locks up into a low bun and parted them in a sleek center part for the family outing.
Going completely glamorous for the reunion outing, Catherine had her features accentuated with dark kohl liner and a slick plum lipstick.

Catherine flew to Majorca earlier this month for the family vacation, but lives in Westchester County, New York, with her husband Michael Douglas and their children Dylan and Carys.
The actress grew up in Swansea in Wales and often returned to see her parents until pandemic travel restrictions went into effect.
The star has often shared how supportive David and Patricia – who sent her to ballet classes and private school – were as she grew up.

The star previously said of Jimmy Kimmel, “My dad owned a candy factory and my mom was a seamstress, so I was raised with her stabbing me with costume pins.
“They were supportive, very supportive,” she added in the heartfelt speech.
But Catherine has also admitted that she has little patience when it comes to her family because she is so nice to her fans in public.
The movie star admitted live on Instagram: “[it’s] all part of the [film] business, but a lot of effort goes into being nice to complete strangers… don’t go crazy if someone comes up to you while you’re eating.’

Catherine continued: ‘We spend time being nice and polite and courteous to people and then sometimes you go to the people you live with.
‘The people you are closest to in the world, you don’t stand for anything, the little things.
“If a complete stranger had said or done that, you would probably be very nice and not turn your lid on,” she concluded.
