Australian actress Cate Blanchett, 50, and husband Andrew Upton, 53, are selling their Sydney home for $ 12 million (AUD).

The infamous private actress has given fans a rare look at her five-bedroom luxury apartment in the heart of the CBD, which she bought for $ 8 million in 2015.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the property has attracted a lot of interest because it was viewed more than 3000 times online after it was listed 12 days ago.

It is the couple’s last Australian property to sell their Berowra Creek holiday home in December, just three weeks after it was placed on the real estate market.

Cate and Andrew have moved to the UK, where they splashed for £ 3 million ($ 5.7 million AUD) at an English Manor called Highwell House in East Sussex.

The couple who married in 1997 are proud parents of sons Dashiell, 17, Roman, 15, Ignatius, 11, and daughter Edith, five.
