Not impressed: Cate Blanchett has admitted that her children are complaining that she was only about 30 seconds in Lord Of The Rings & # 39;
She said: & # 39; They do that and they do not [watch my films.] My son gave me a great career advice a few years ago, he said, "Mom, when are you going to make a blockbuster?"
She continued: & # 39; I said, "I was in Lord of the Rings!" And he said, "Yes, about 30 seconds." So it did not really count. I did not have brownie points with my children. & # 39;

Cate says: & # 39; We will be 100 together! Maybe we should hold a Tenacious D concert for my birthday? I would love that. Would you sing at my party? & # 39;
Jack says: & # 39; Yes, what do you want to hear? & # 39; before the pair agreed that Jack would sing their classic, Tribute.
Cate also spoke with Jonathan about life in the United Kingdom and why she chose a home from her native country, Australia, in London.

Cate previously revealed her feelings about the prospect that her children follow in her footsteps.
She told Harper's Bazaar this month: "I think if I was in another profession, if I were a lawyer, or a doctor, or an architect, perhaps, or if I had a profession that I actually could use in Armageddon, then there would be a feeling that that would be a big and expected something.

This fall she plays in the children's movie The House with a Clock in its walls, but Cate admitted to the magazine that she is not sure how long she will continue to act.
She said: I do not know what I'm going to do as an actor now, I never really do it. But I feel that there are still a few years left before I lose my common sense. & # 39;
