Casey also revealed why she planned a cesarean section after a horrific experience giving birth to first daughter Florence – pain equivalent to a brain tumor.
The reality star explained: ‘I had to get an epidural at 8.5cm because my body was in so much shock. I only had seizures and was completely sick, because I had no breaks between contractions.
“I’m 36 now and by the time I’ve had the next one it’ll be like I’ve been pregnant all my 30s.”

Taking the next step: The TV star previously revealed that she plans to marry the 36-year-old supply owner by the time she turns 40 during her two-year engagement (pictured last year)
The TV star, who has suffered from fatigue and swelling in recent months, has defended having her children within three years, insisting she was used to “disturbed sleep and early mornings.”
The fitness enthusiast added that she’s open to expanding her family and plans to walk down the aisle by the time she’s 40, amid her two-year engagement to the stationery owner, also 36.
Casey told The sun“If we had the fourth, I would have been pregnant all my thirties.
“It will be nice to have some normalcy again at 40. I can’t wait to get married. I want all the kids at the wedding.
“Whether we go for a fourth will determine when the wedding takes place. I said I want to be married by the time I’m 40. When you’re in that baby mode, you’re used to disturbed sleep, used to early mornings.”
Earlier this year, Casey shared her thoughts on using gender selection, insisting that she “wouldn’t mess with nature.”

She also said that having two such young children left her on the brink of a breakdown: “I felt really, really bad. Some days I just sat there crying.’
The founder of Yoga Blitz told new! magazine: “I once said that people had suggested doing gender selection and a clinic approached me on Instagram, but I feel like we should do what’s natural. I feel like it messes with nature.’
Aside from her plans for more babies, Casey has spoken extensively about her body and changes in her shape since becoming a mother.
The former FHM star lost a whopping 27 pounds after giving birth to Sadie and 6.5 during her first two pregnancies.
Casey claimed she believed she ‘never thought I’d see abs again’ after having Sadie, saying, ‘Some lockdown inspo for you! I never thought I would see abs again after my first bubba.
“I know how hard it can be when you feel like your body isn’t yours anymore. But it’s best to take that first step – and then just keep going!
“I don’t think anyone else would have ever thought of combining yoga with HIIT, but that combination of yoga and high-intensity exercise really worked for me — not once, but twice now after I got my second princess!”
