The home had a 10,000-gallon water tank, so firefighters were able to put out the fire quickly using it instead of trying to find something to plug it into, due to the home’s remote location.
Although the fire was quickly extinguished, firefighters remained on the property because hot spots continued to burn on the garage walls.
The fire was contained to the garage and did not spread to the main home.
