During the set, Carrie was hit by a downpour, but she didn’t let the weather stop her from putting on an unforgettable show.
‘We won’t let a little rain stop us! We won’t let a massive downpour stop us either,” she posted on Instagram along with footage of her singing her hit song, Before He Cheats, while the rain poured down.
She also posted about her fall, writing: ‘Well last night was a lot of fun! And although the ending was quite unexpected, it was a night we will never forget! Thank you for being amazing, #MyrtleBeach!!!’
Underwood suffered another fall several years ago that left her with 40 to 50 stitches in her face.

“I mean, if I had fallen somewhere else, it wouldn’t have been a problem, but there was just one small step where I went to catch myself and missed.”
