Carrie Bickmore’s ex-husband Chris Walker has bought a luxurious new home in Melbourne following the couple’s split.
The four-bedroom home, located in the suburb of Eaglemont, was listed with a price guide of $2.95 million and $3.2 million.
Chris was obviously eager to get his hands on the keys to the property, sealing the deal for $3.22 million.
Located on a large 900 square meter block, the property has a separate space with its own kitchen and powder room.
The main kitchen is a gourmet’s delight, complete with Miele appliances and a stone island bench.
The home also features a large open-plan living and dining room, as agent Matthew Treacy told the Herald of the sun It was the main attraction for the producer.
The master bedroom features an adjoining Carrera marble bathroom, while the remaining three bedrooms share a travertine bathroom.
The property also has a heated mineral pool, workshop and a large storage room.

Chris is the co-creator of Hard Quiz, The Weekly With Charlie Pickering and Tomorrow, Tonight.
He met Carrie when he was editor-in-chief and producer of The Project.
The former couple announced their separation in an Instagram post in January last year after 11 years of marriage.
At the time, Carrie said the couple was focused on co-parenting their three children, Ollie, 16, Evie, eight, and Adelaide, five.
“It is with immense sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,” she wrote.

‘While this is a difficult time, our focus is on parenting, loving and supporting our three children, Ollie, Evie and Addie, with everything we have.
‘They are doing very well. We will not comment further.”
The couple’s love story captured the hearts of Australians.
Carrie and Chris met as colleagues on The Project (she was a host and he was a producer) and began dating in late 2012, two years after she lost her husband Greg Lange, the father of her eldest son, Ollie, to cause of brain cancer.
Carrie announced their separation in an Instagram post in January of last year after 11 years of marriage.
Speaking on the Empowering Leaders podcast in August, Chris opened up about the split and admitted he was still dealing with the “pain” of the split.
She explained to host Luke Darcy that the hardest part of their new co-parenting arrangement is “saying goodbye to the kids twice a week.”
‘I still find it hugely challenging. “I had always assumed that I would be around them 100 percent of the time,” he explained.
‘When it comes to being a father, I was born for it. I love it and want to be around them all the time. I find that really difficult.’
Chris added that he was counting on the support of friends and family through “more difficult times” but added that “the thing is, grief can last a long time.”
Meanwhile, Carrie and her radio co-star Tommy Little have been repeatedly hit by romance rumors since hosting their HIT FM radio show from Paris, France, last year.
Last month, the couple was seen hugging for a photo backstage at the ACRAs.
The Hit Network show co-hosts skipped the red carpet at the radio awards and snuck into the kitchen together.
They stopped to pose for a photo in the bustling back room, with Carrie commanding attention in a very short black dress.
