The revelation comes after Carrie and her radio co-star Tommy Little dropped an engagement bombshell on air amid rumors they had struck up a romance.
They announced on their Hit show on Monday that their news anchor Jesse Watkins was engaged.
‘Can we listen to some wedding music? “There has been a compromise in our program over the summer,” Carrie began.
‘Jesse, well done!’ Carrie added as the energetic journalist responded, “She said yes!”
The veteran radio host had previously confirmed the news on Instagram on December 16, when Carrie and Tommy’s staff was on Christmas break.
He shared a photo of himself with his fiancée Caroline Varney, and both Carrie and Tommy, 39, took to the comments section to congratulate him.
‘Yes, yes, yes!!! The best!!!’ Carrie gushed and Tommy added, “Well, this is kind of fucking cute.”

Carrie and Tommy have been the subject of romance rumors since hosting their HIT FM radio show from Paris, France in 2023.
In November, the couple was seen hugging for a backstage photo at the ACRAs after skipping the red carpet altogether.
Carrie split from her partner of 11 years, Chris Walker, in 2022, while Tommy has reportedly been single since splitting from girlfriend Natalie Kyriacou in 2021.
Tommy rushed to Carrie’s side when she confirmed their breakup, leading insiders to speculate that their friendship could evolve into something more.
Carrie announced her split from Chris in an Instagram post in January 2022, saying the couple would be parents to their three children, Ollie, 17, Evie, nine, and Adelaide, six.
“It is with immense sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,” she wrote.
“While this is a difficult time, our focus is on parenting, loving and supporting our three children, Ollie, Evie and Addie, with everything we have.”
The radio co-hosts also had a hugely successful year in 2024 with their hosting show.

In August, the Carrie & Tommy show was once again named the number one national drive show in Australia.
The Hit Network show garnered an 11.1 per cent share in Australia, securing the top spot for the fourth time in a row.
The couple said of the results: “We are very lucky to have such a hard-working team and incredible listeners who continue to push us to achieve incredible results.”
‘Thank you, Australia, for making us number one for the fourth time in a row.
“We have a great time every afternoon and love sharing the fun with listeners across the country.”
Reaching the number one spot marked the pair’s fourth consecutive victory in the rankings and the best result Hit Network has received for its hosting position since 2018.
